This project involves a complete central cooling and ventilation system designed for large-scale commercial use. Chiller System: The chiller system consists of a 400 RT water-cooled screw chiller using R-134a refrigerant, designed to deliver high-performance cooling for large-scale commercial applications. It operates with excellent energy efficiency, achieving 0.56 kW/TR at full load and an NPLV of 0.39 kW/Ton, ensuring reduced operating costs. The system is equipped with an advanced BACnet-enabled microprocessor control panel for smart monitoring and remote access. It features fully automatic capacity control based on cooling demand, allowing optimized performance under varying load conditions. The entire unit is factory assembled, thoroughly tested, and supplied ready for installation, ensuring reliability and ease of deployment.
Testing & Commissioning: The testing and commissioning phase includes comprehensive system evaluation as per manufacturer and consultant guidelines to ensure optimal performance. Ducting Work: The ducting work involves the supply and installation of 20 SWG GI sheet ducts covering an area of approximately 1000 square feet.
