The North Tower Project, located at House Building, 107/A Sonargaon Janapath, Uttara, Dhaka 1230, is one of the ongoing mechanical projects managed by Bhai Bhai Engineering — a trusted name in Bangladesh’s HVAC and industrial engineering sector.
Our team is responsible for the complete setup of a 350 TR Air-Cooled Chiller System, Vapor Absorption Machine (VAM Chiller), and an advanced cooling tower unit, ensuring efficient temperature regulation for the entire commercial complex. The work scope includes piping layout design, mechanical installation, insulation, testing, and system commissioning.
This project highlights Bhai Bhai Engineering’s strong technical expertise in chiller-based cooling systems and energy-efficient HVAC installations. As a Sub Vendor to Aziz & Company Ltd., we are maintaining international standards in safety, accuracy, and performance — ensuring every component functions reliably for long-term use.
